About Returns to us:

We are selling on Ebay for Reduced Prices, and we do not accept any returns, as this is an Ebay Auction web site. If the unit is Defective, Doesn't work, an item that has been used, or you just don't like it & don't want it anymore, whatever the reason, we a have a policy for ALL Ebay Auctions for Large Equipment or Small type items, all items we sell: Our Policy is ALL EBAY SALES ARE FINAL, this is an AUCTION, NO RETURNS, No Exceptions! We do not refund shipping or handling costs.

You Must deal with the Manufacturer for their warranty coverage policy, if they do provide a warranty it will be in the box with the unit, and you need to follow those steps, they provide. No Other warranties, we provide on any of our other web sites or in our store, are valid on any items we post on the Ebay Auction web site, these are reduced prices and auctions.

Our Packing:

We will securely pack up the item, as best we can, over tape the box, add more packing materials to the box, to get it to you safely, insure it if necessary.If for some reason the (UPS) Delivery Company or Freight company (Overnite Freight or freight forwarding carrier they might use), if there is damages to the box or crated item, you must deal with UPS or the Freight company for a refund or claim. When the delivery person is there, upon delivery to tell the Driver to document this, or if that is not possible, contact the delivery company, after you have had time to inspect the merchandise, but you need to call them directly.

UPS:

For small items, UPS picks up shipments to go out between 1 to 3 p.m. on weekdays M-F. (no saturdays, no sundays, we are not set up for that those type or shipments). If UPS is not working a certain day, they do not pick up at our location, that is out of our control. Shipments will resume pick up, when UPS resumes PickUps at our business.

For Shipment by Freight Company or Freight Forwarding Carrier:

Whether we ship our normal ways: Shipping Rates by UPS or OVERNITE Transportation Freight Trucking Co , if you need the rate to your zip code, email us at chefmart@aol.com before you BID and we will email you back, provide all necessary information, city, state, zip code. If you'd like to provide your PHONE, we will need that at the end of the auction, either way for UPS and us.

On Larger Equipment it MUST SHIP BY Overnite or another carrier you tell us about or you arrange to pick up here and fax us the billof lading and we email you on PICKUP the pro number for your records. Please Note; that Overnite (does not delivery in 1 night, that is only their name, do not let the name confuse you, that is not their type of delivery service.)

About Shipments:

When we ship to you by a carrier, we have no control over what the shipping company does, you must call and arrange with them your delivery. Our shipping estimate that we give you or you have already, is for a 1 time delivery price, not for another address, only to 1 address. If that needs to be switched it will be YOUR responsibility to contact the freight delivery company and arrange that. We can crate this for you in a wooden crate, but there is a fee for crating, at your request, unless you are planning on picking up the item at our location.

Winning Bid:

If you end up being the WINNING BIDDER, we will email you for your name, billing and shipping address, city, state, zip code, phone number, fax if necessary, or other phone number to contact you. M-F 8:30-6 p.m. If you do decide to increase you order and add an item to your shipment and you have been given 1 shipping/handling total, we reserve the right to fix that, so it does reflect the total number of items being shipping to you and the corrected s&h fees.

NOTICE TO WINNER, who is paying with a CREDIT CARD:

If you are paying with a CREDIT CARD, we will need on the back of your credit card the CVC code, a 3 digit number, after your credit card number, the billing address, shipping address, all gets verified in our credit card terminal as a match or no match, this is normal for us to check all the information, as it prevents less fraud on the internet for both our protections. WE MUST HAVE your EXACT BILLING Address, that you get your BILL at, if that is a p.o. box or an old address, if you have recently moved and your Bank has not updated that information, YOU need to call them BEFORE bidding and make sure that matchs, so when we call to verify, it all matchs and does not HOLD UP YOUR ORDER. To make sure another person is not using your card. If that is not sucessful and we need to contact you for your Issuing Bank Phone and Issuing Bank name and Bank time zone, if we need to call them for verification, you need to provide that information to us, so we can finish processing your order.

NON-WINNING BID:

You may be receiving a Personal Offer from us, to buy the item. ebay only allows to contact 2 people on that list at a time, and then you have to wait, for that personal offer time limit to expire before we can send you a personal offer. If you are not the winning bidder and you still want to buy that item, email us. We will not send a personal offer to all bidders, it depends on the auction.

Shipping & Handling:

We do have our staff, here calculate the s&h fees, after the item is boxed up at our location. Fees are determined by the weight, length and girth of each product package. These measurements added together give you the product shipping weight. The shipping weight for each product is added together along with the weight of the "shipping" box. The total weight is matched up with UPS Shipping rates, giving you the final Shipping and Handling fee for your order.

We do not ship to mail boxes, FPO Military addresses or P.O. Boxes. UPS REQUIREMENTS UPS requires that all names (first and last) and shipping addresses are correct. If not, there may be an extra charge added to your bill. We will do all we can to prevent this from happening and we ask that you do the same. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.
